2011 start nicely with a 3rd place and a fourth at NAAS and a blue, a red and a white at MAPACA one week after. It was also very nice to see all our old friends from the alpacas world and to meet new ones.

Shearing will be in 2 weeks and our first cria 2011 is due one month later.

Angela has a totally amazing fleece for her age and she passes it consistently to her crias. Their blankets are ultra fine (baby quality) with no guard hairs and incredible crimp...

SAW Cristobal

Cristobal is a very sweet alpaca. We use her as our VIP, always ready to give kisses. She has a perfect bite and a very cute face...Her first cria, Shalimar Red door is quite amazing. She come bred to Xanadu P Coleridge.

SAW Hermes

He is a grand son of Peruvian Don Juan. He got the color of his medium brown sire and he has a fabulous crimp and luster especially for a dark color animal, going from his blanket to the full neck.

SAW White Diamond

SAW White Diamond -- Just to look at her and you know she has Accoyo blood. With a dam who is tall and has a very good micron count, you expect to get the best, and we did. With a micron count of 14.5 at 6 months old, she is really at the top...Her last cria, Shalimar Emporio White is a white female, incredibly soft who just turn 6 months. She has been bred again to Coleridge.
